Luxury Bazaar first got its start in 2001 selling luxury goods to customers internationally through the popular merchant platform, eBay. The company is an online retailer that specializes in selling high-end, authentic designer accessories, timepieces, and jewelry. The store gained more of an identity when it finally launched its own website, where they currently offer their genuine fashion goods at discounted rates. Although the company continues to partner with other e-commerce sales services to sell their items, their website has been a major staple for which they have grown as a company.

Client’s Online Pain:

Luxury Bazaar depends on social media, because their business is built on a foundation of positive communication and strong relationships with its customers. So, on March 15, 2015, when Facebook removed all likes made by voluntarily deactivated and memorialized accounts, Luxury Bazaar lost 207 likes — ouch! In addition, the company’s website traffic was down, which certainly did not help their sales.

Luxury Bazaar needed to increase customer engagement ASAP in order to maintain relevance in the digital space.
