I would not trust anyone else with my online marketing! Even through tough times like these right now with the "virus spreading" our phone is still ringing we just got a job lead right down the street from 1seo headquarters. I have been in contact with the team and Lance since they are working remotely the e mailed responses back to me have been very timely. The videos he is making every night is who he is when you meet him. Since I met him and the team in the office it just felt like the right decision. Everyone always is peaceable and friendly and they remember who you are by name without all the security questions it's real easy going. They take every aspect of your business through team meetings and lot's of questions so they can help brand your business to your exact specifics changing this or that to get it just right. We are going back and forth right now on 3/20/2020 on how we can implement into my business indoor air quality sterilization equipment through blogs and factual information while they are actively working with the ACCA to inform HVAC contractors and spread the word of the kind of things we are really dealing with on a daily basis nowadays. Believe me you can freak out over a typo with them on the phone or a pictures and they understand and just fix it and treat you as they do when you first met them and they always never let you down. They work with business owners and help them succeed.

I originally had some issues regarding the management of my account and was very upset. My wife and I established a small business in the spring of 2016 by creating a professional website while working closely with a local website designer. Afterward, we worked with several people in order to SEO our site as well as assisting with advertising with no positive results, some of the “business people” just took your money and ran. We began working with 1SEO in July of 2018, we were initially impressed because they actually had a building (brick & morter presence); before agreeing to contract with them we visited their office in Bristol Pa, which was quite impressive, We were no longer willing to have some guy or gal take our money while they were sitting at home on their couch. We met with the 1SEO staff as well as the owner and agreed to contract with them for a range of SEO services. To be very honest, the first several months of our business relationship was very rocky to the point we were going to discontinue services, even though we knew 1SEO had the potential to take our business to a different level. We conferenced with a manager who was very responsive to our concerns by assigning our business a new case manager (Melissa Daley) to oversee our account. Without a doubt, after intitially speaking with Melissa we were certain we were in good hands. We have come to learn Melissa Daley is the most competent, responsive and professional persons we have ever dealt with in our business or in Bob’s thirty-five-year law enforcement career. Melissa Daley took us back from the brink of departure, to being a very satisfied client of 1SEO who is doing a great job for us and our business. I had previously dealt with 3 different Digital Marketing companies in the past, all of which had failed to produce results and capture my companies professionalism with web design.
