As the saying goes, Christmas is the season for giving. The spirit of generosity shines through every gift you give and every cookie you bake.
We put a little twist to our holiday Winter (1)derland party this year, held at our office. Our clients generously donated various items that we placed in three gift baskets to raffle off. All proceeds of the raffles were being donated to benefit three very special organizations that hit home for the 1SEO family.
The March of Dimes
The National Brain Tumor Society
Network of Victim Assistance (NOVA) of Bucks County
We’re proud to have raised money through the generosity of our clients, family, and friends to benefit these three organizations.
The March of Dimes is a nonprofit organization that works to end premature birth and focusing on preventing birth defects and infant mortality. From polio to prematurity, The March of Dimes works hard through global programs and campaigns to have birth defects recognized as significant health priority. Just as important, they fund critical research to help improve the care of premature babies like Mickey, our Senior Web Developer Becky Young’s son.
Mickey was born 14-weeks early, weighing just under 2 lbs. During their 4-month hospital stay after his birth, the March of Dimes stood with them to offer support and guidance to their family. Mickey is now a happy, healthy 3-year oldwho is making great strides in his life, continuing to provide a bundle of joy to Becky and her husband Cody, and every person he meets along the way.
The National Brain Tumor Society fights brain tumors by funding strategic programs and cutting-edge research to uncover new treatments and advance progress toward a cure. They are aggressively driving strategic research and advocating for public policies that meet the critical needs of the brain tumor community.
One of our very own Web Developers, Kris Scialabbo, was diagnosed at age 11 with an inoperable brain tumor. Although Kris’ prognosis remains very good, to this day there is no way to operate. Through catalytic funding models and vigorous research collaborations, the National Brain Tumor Society can improve the pace of drug discovery, which will ultimately benefit people like Kris, allowing him to live a happy and healthy life. You can donate to the National Brain Tumor Society and help with research that progresses towards a cure.

This holiday season we’re so proud to give back to the community and organizations that benefit individuals who have given so much in their lives. So this year, take time to give back to those who have given you so much. Spend time with the ones that mean the most to you, and enjoy the season with laughter, peace, and love.
From our family to yours, we wish you a veryMerry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
